Amending your order You are able to amend your shopping basket choices up to the point at which you click on ‘Submit Order’ on the Payment Page. We are unable to amend orders once they have been submitted. Therefore if you are unhappy with your order details you will be required to cancel your original order by contacting us. You can then place a new order with the correct details. Stock Availability Stock levels shown on our website are updated regulary. If an item is showing out of stock please call us for further details and an ETA. We will inform you as soon as possible if we are unable to deliver your order within the specified timescale. Payment You have the option to pay by Debit/Credit Card when the ‘Submit Order’ button is clicked on the Payment page or alternatively payment can be made through PayPal. The description of the goods, price, currency, VAT and delivery costs are set out on the checkout page. Orders are accepted at our discretion but are normally accepted once credit card authorisation has been confirmed. Acknowledgment and Dispatch/Acceptance of your Order You will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order, this does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse an order for any reason. When your order has been dispatched you will receive notification by email. Notification of dispatch constitutes acceptance of your order. Acceptance of all orders is subject to credit checks and we reserve the right to cancel any order which does not comply with these regulations. Delivery and Warranty ArrangementsWe will endeavour to deliver the goods within the timescale given. However delivery dates are for general guidance only and we will not be held liable for late delivery of goods caused by circumstances beyond our control. You are responsible for making arrangements to receive the goods and a signature will be required on delivery. The goods will be delivered between 8:00am and 6:00pm on the delivery day. If nobody is in to accept the goods these may be held at the local couriers depot or delivery will be reattempted. It is important that the address supplied by you is accurate as this could delay delivery. If delivery has to be rearranged due to the incorrect address having been given by you this may result in a extra delivery charge to you. We will accept no responsibility for any loss or damage which occurs to the goods after delivery. A signature and confirmation of receipt constitutes completion of delivery. We are unable to deliver outside the UK unless this had been prearranged with the office via telephone before placing the order online. DelaysOccasionally, due to various reasons outside of our control the delivery of your order may be delayed. In instances such as adverse weather conditions, courier problems or higher than anticipated demand we will contact you immediately to advise you. We will not hold any responsibility for delays and cancellations where the data supplied by you the customer is incorrect or inadequate. Cancellation RightsYou have a right to cancel an order within 7 working days from the date of order. In an event that your order has been dispatched before cancellation you must take good care of all goods in your possession and return them to us, unopened in their original packaging, within 5 days from the cancellation date. We highly recommend that all goods to be returned to us are sent by insured delivery. No refund or replacement of goods will be made until they are back in our possession and we have confirmed they are in the same condition as when sold. RefundsWe reserve the right to charge a handling and restocking fee of 35% on goods which are returned if they were ordered in error or are no longer required. For all returns you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products yourself. You must contact us by telephone prior to returning any goods for our approval and for us to give you the details of your returns number and the address of where these will need sending. When returning items you will need to obtain proof of posting. We will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit and we are unable to issue a refund until the goods are back in our or our possession. A refund will be issued once the item/(s) have been received. We are unable to offer refunds for any cards of fob orders that have specific site code or number range requirements as these cannot be resold. Please call Access Direct before placing an order for these items to ensure the format information you supply to us is correct before placing the order. Sorry but we are unable to accept any item for return if the manufacturers packaging has been opened.
